Acceptance of terms

By downloading and using VoiceTag, you agree to these terms of use.

Service description

VoiceTag is an application that allows you to associate voice memos with NFC tags. The application allows you to:

• Scan NFC tags
• Record voice memos
• Associate a memo with an NFC tag
• Backup and restore your data

Subscription and purchases

Purchase options

VoiceTag offers:

• Annual subscription: €9.99 per year with 14-day free trial
• Lifetime purchase: €29.99 (one-time payment)

Free trial

The annual subscription includes a 14-day free trial period. You will not be charged during this period. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription will be automatically activated.

Automatic renewal

The annual subscription renews automatically unless you disable it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Management and cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings:

• iOS: Settings > [Your name] > Subscriptions
• Android: Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the application in accordance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to modify or hack the application
• Not use the application for illegal purposes

Intellectual property

VoiceTag and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use.

Limitation of liability

VoiceTag is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for data loss.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will take effect upon publication.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in France.
